Bedford Gladiators Has been in existence for over 35 years.
Starting in the Fox and Hounds in Clapham in the 70’s we now meet at the North end Club Bedford on Mondays from 7:30 till 11:00 and also on the Second Sunday of the Month from 12:00 till 11:00 for longer and larger Games.
We cover a wide range of Wargames Periods and have a number of role-playing groups that are actively recruiting players.
We currently have a lower age limit of 16 for members.
What would you like to play? I am involved in a tournament match Vs Dereks Orks this comming Monday, but I am sure we can get you a game of something.

Sounds good ! Yes I agree you can and do paint, I just made the enquiry in case someone wants that special character or unit, there are also gamers out there who do really enjoy to play the games but are not so hot on painting their models…
I will come along and have a game, I do not currently have any big armies, just the odd unit here and there… but would like to meet you and see how things run !

Would you have any use for miniature painters, I have about 22 years experience in painting Warhammer Fantasy/40k/Confrontation-Rackham/Grenadier/Conversions/Terrain etc. and offer my services at reasonable prices.
Since Ilive in Bedford I thought it a good idea to also paint for people in Bedford, makes delivery etc a lot easier !
I usually paint up to 20 models a go and can then guarantee a turnaround of about 2-3 weeks (I only paint in the evenings) for high quality work.

North End Club is ON the roundabout at the junction of Tavistock St , Roff Avenue,Union St, and Clapham Road. Big Brick building from the 1910 era, currently has the old front entrance to Roff avenue blocked by orange plastic fencing, so if you are driving, entry is at the side road by the pub. We meet every Monday evening from 7pm till 11pm, AND every 2nd Sunday of the month.

Its the big building at the end of tavistock street on the RHS as you walk along Tavistoc street from town.
Can someone give me the full address as I am keen to come and see whats going on – I have a Soviet Guards Infantry Battalion (FOW) but have only played twice!

hi dave how about 11am? do you have any terrain peices? and there is a pay and desplay carpark behind games work shop, you gain access via york road.
