We had a bumper set of games for the may all day meeting. Here we see Dave and Steff with thier ECW gmae in 28mm using Warhammer ECW rules.
Mike and the new lads fight an Apocalypse WH40K game with Eldar, Nids and Blood angels. Good use of the old Castle terrain here!
A lovely conversion of a Stormraven. made by one of the new lads before GW’s kit was released. A nice job, and really looks like it recieved a skorching on re entry!
The lads fighting a big mele.
We also had Warmachine with Brian and the other Mike…

The Steam driven abominations advance!
But we didn’t stop there! Graham and Steve had a set to with thier 15mm Ancients using FoG. Imperial Rome Vs palmeria
Steve leads 2 full Roman Legions…”there is another in the box behind me” he boasts!
Grahams Eastern warriors don’t like the look of this, and his Elephants flee!
And Lastly james has yet another 40K Apocalypse game with his truely huge Ultramarines force Vs some hapless Eldar.
And all on his new terrain. This was a 10k per side game.
But it is an excuse to bring out the big Forgeworld goodness!
And there we have it, more Gladiators dribbly lovelynes to show off what we do!

Awesome, its nice to have a picture of my stormraven for once, and a nice picture it is to, thanks
Yes we do like quality! That is why we need more pics of the quality games that we put on at our club, the greatest club in the civilised world!
I don’t know, but it is a very nicely converted model. Made, as I said on the blog, before GW’s actual Storm Raven was released. We do like models of…Quality!
Ha ha – but as Peter so accurately spotted, it does look like K9′s head! Where is The Doctor and the late Sarah Jane?
Now, now, Steven!
Good to see K9′s head making an appearance, painted in red and now under the name ‘Storm Raven’!
